Course Overview

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳. 𝗞𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱 𝗔𝗹-𝗥𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗱𝗶, an eminent researcher and scholar and Director of Oman Genome Program will share real data and experience of using single-cell sequencing in Oman and how it has opened new possibilities for understanding lysosomal acid lipase deficiency (LAL-D) in the Omani population.

Prof. Khalid will present how this advanced technology was used to explore disease-associated cellular and molecular changes at unprecedented resolution.

The webinar will highlight key findings, the clinical and research relevance of the study, and the potential of single-cell approaches to advance rare-disease characterization and precision medicine in the region.
